It can be used for that 3pm afternoon dip, to roll on before embarking on a big body of work or support during times when  deep focus is necessary.

For yoga; this blend will lift your yoga practice and aid finding that sweet spot during meditation.

When using for yoga, apply to areas that won’t come in contact with your yoga mat to avoid making your mat slippery. Apply to the neck or chest so you can still inhale  the aroma.

Blend - Frankincense, lavender, bergamot, Siberian for, patchouli and sandalwood.
